Godot Development

This page features various projects I've made relating to Game Design, including any games I've made via the Godot Engine. Alternatively, you can check out my Itch page for a more direct link to projects I've made...

Firebrand Dash

My current biggest completed project. A simple platformer where you use Sara's fire wielding abilities to air dash, stomp, and wall jump through shrubbery that blocks your way.  Consists of 6 levels to platform through, a basic time trial mode, various options to customize gameplay, and a completion bonus on the end screen if you manage to collect all the collectable Myi Cookies along the way.

You can play the game below, or go directly to my itch page to either play on browser or download for Windows platforms.

More to come...

While I'd love to update this page with every game I have made and have in development, I've ran out of time for today.  So that will have to be updated another day.  In the meantime, I have an ongoing Youtube Shorts series you can watch where I try to give updates on my game development journey every week.  Granted, game development is currently only a hobby and I don't currently have plans to publish anything, so this might not be the most exciting video series in the world.  But if you are ever curious what I'm up to, it's a series worth checking out...

Old 2007 Game Maker Games

Before I got into Godot, and even before I went to college for Game Design for 2 years, I dabbled in Game Development through the original Game Maker through exclusively their UI applications.  This included an assortment of fan games and very simple applications.  If you are curious, you can download and play them here over on itch. But be warned, they are very old. As a result many of them are fairly buggy and your milage of how much fun you'll actually have will vary.
